Public recipes are available without an account. Conversations and saved work may use an anonymous account. Losing browser login information before linking a login method may prevent account recovery. Protect your login methods and report unauthorized access to the operator.

Where consent is legally required to process personal information of a child under fourteen, consent from the legal representative must be obtained and verified before processing. Children and their legal representatives may contact the operator about use and privacy rights.

AI answers, recipes, images, and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. Generated images may differ from actual food. Check ingredient labels, allergens, freshness, cooking temperatures, and equipment instructions before cooking. AI information is not medical advice; children should cook with appropriate adult supervision. These cautions do not exclude the operator’s legal liability.

Users retain their rights in submitted content and permit the operator to store, reproduce, transmit, and display it only as necessary to provide the selected service. This does not transfer ownership or authorize sale, unrelated advertising, or unrestricted AI model training. Submit only content you have the right to use. Exclusive rights in AI output are not guaranteed.

Draft recipes are private. Completed chat-generated recipes can be read by anyone with the link. Full publication also makes recipes available in public browsing and search engines. Recipe text, photos, and the displayed author name may be visible. Turning off full publication may leave link access enabled. Request removal or access restriction through the available controls or the operator; external copies and search caches may remain.

Unauthorized access, interference with service operation, evasion of usage limits, impersonation, unlawful content, and infringement of others’ rights are prohibited. The operator may restrict access proportionately and explain the reason and objection procedure. Urgent security measures may be taken before notice. Report infringement with the page address, grounds, and a reply contact.

Features may have usage limits or be changed, suspended, or ended for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. The operator provides advance notice where practicable. Paid services require separate information and agreement.

Users may stop using MeerCook at any time and request account closure or deletion by email. The operator verifies the request with the minimum necessary information and handles it without undue delay, except for lawful retention. Logging out or resetting conversations does not delete all saved recipes and account information.

The operator and users bear responsibility under applicable law for damage caused by their unlawful acts or breach of these terms. Liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded is not limited. Korean law applies subject to mandatory user protections, and jurisdiction follows applicable law. Users may contact the operator or seek mediation or judicial relief.

Changes and their effective date will be announced at least seven days in advance, or thirty days for changes materially unfavorable to users. Urgent changes required by law or security will be explained as soon as practicable. Consent is obtained separately where required; continued browsing alone is not consent to an unfavorable change. Users may decline changes and end their use.
